Transitioning users through stages using campaigns

Working with Stages in Mautic - Mautic Knowledgebase

In this process, you can transition users through different stages using Mautic campaigns. By organizing contacts and automating marketing efforts, you can improve engagement, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Mautic.
• Defined stages (e.g., prospects, customers, loyal customers).
• Permission to manage Campaigns

Steps

1. Go to Campaigns and click to create New
2. Fill a name and open the Campaign Builder
3. Add the necessary triggers (e.g., contact joins a specific segment or completes a form)
4. Then, define the campaign action Change contact’s stage
5. On the opened window, select which stage will be applied
6. Click on Add then save your campaign

Results

• Contacts progress seamlessly through stages
• Actions related to this progress happen automatically
