Social monitoring¶
Social Monitoring allows marketers to automatically add new contacts to Mautic by tracking X (Twitter) mentions and hashtags.
When Mautic detects a tweet that matches the defined monitoring criteria, it can create a new contact in the system associated with that Twitter user.
