DevOps Service tiers¶
To be able to provide the best DevOps solution for your applications, we divided our offering into different tiers, each with their own characteristics.

A Platform DevOps subscription is what gives you access to the Platform and its development tooling. You need one to work on the Platform, on both a shared and a dedicated development server. See DevOps Feature set for everything a subscription includes.

Adding seats and projects¶
Seats and projects are the two things a tier limits. Both can be extended on an existing subscription.
Extra seats. A seat is a named user with access to the Platform for your projects, shared across every project on your subscription. FREE includes 2 and Pro includes 7. Beyond that, additional named seats can be added one at a time. Enterprise includes unlimited seats, so it never needs this.
Extra projects. FREE includes up to 1 project and Pro up to 4. Additional project slots can be added one at a time. Enterprise includes unlimited projects.
Which projects count towards your quota¶
Every project you can change yourself in the Platform counts. In practice that means:
- Every Mautic Pro and Mautic Enterprise project
- Every Drupal Cloud project
These do not count towards your quota:
- Mautic Essentials projects
- AI projects
- CDP and Personalization projects
A project slot covers your work on the Platform. Every project still needs production hosting for its live environments.
