Sending text messages as marketing messages

Mautic allows you to create a single message in multiple channels and deliver it through the contact's preferred channel.

Steps

1. Go to the Channels menu and select Marketing Messages
2. Click New to create a new marketing message
3. Enter an Internal name to identify the message
4. In the Text Message tab, select an existing Text message or click to create new and enter the text message content you want to send
5. Save the marketing message
6. Create a new campaign or edit an existing one
7. Add the Send Marketing Message action to the campaign
8. Select the marketing message you created from the dropdown
9. Activate the campaign to start sending
