Disabling access for an user

You can block an user’s login permission by deactivating them in Mautic.

1. To disable an user account, navigate to Settings > User management > Users
2. Search for the user
3. On the dropdown, click the Edit button.
4. Find the Active switch and set to No.
5. Now Save & Close your changes to disable their login.

Success

This action is reversible. You can edit the user to allow their access again.
