Creating a marketing message

Marketing Messages are a powerful tool for executing an integrated multi-channel strategy in Mautic.

If a contact hasn't set a preferred channel, Mautic will default to email, so make sure to always have an email version of your message.

Steps

Success

Set up messages for multiple channels like email, SMS, web notifications, mobile push, etc. so you can reach contacts on their preferred medium

1. Go to the Channels page and click Marketing Messages
2. Click New
3. Provide a name and description (optional)
4. Choose the channels you want to use
5. Create the message content for each channel
