How can I transfer my domain name to Dropsolid

It's always better to have your services centralized. This way, you can always turn to one party for all your questions. We at Dropsolid are happy to assist you in the proces of moving your domain name and manage it for you.

To have your domain name managed by Dropsolid, you will need to request the authorization code (also called EPP code) from your current domain name provider. You can send this code to our support colleagues at support@dropsolid.com.

To make sure that all services that are connected to your domain name (mail, website, etc.) don't go offline, it's best to send us the zone file as well. A zone file is an overview of all DNS records that are active on your domain (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, ...). You can also request this from your current domain name provider. You can also send this zone file to our support colleagues at support@dropsolid.com.

They will then guide you further to ensure that the domain transfer goes smoothly.
